What's really scary on Halloween? A six-year-old full of sugar at 9pm. Have a happy, safe, and non-coma inducing celebration.


Wednesday's One Cup of Java Challenge question: On this Halloween morning, your One Cup question - what was the first individually wrapped candy to be sold commercially in the U.S.? A couple of clues - the candy is more than 100 years old, for most of its years was available in only one flavor, always sticks in my teeth, and was named for inventor Leo Hirschfield's daughter.
